SoMe Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in providing digital strategic counselling for our customers both inland and abroad from OFF ROAD’s offices at Indiakaj, Østerbro. As a SoMe Manager, you will be responsible for SoMe, the Content & Communications team, content strategy, and in some cases also content production.

About the Job

You will be taking on the primary responsibility for content across all our customers. This includes a focused attention on ensuring high-quality content for our customers, including copy, images, and videos for, among other things, social media, web, and e-mails. It also includes a specific responsibility ensuring that all content is on-brand for the specific customers. Furthermore, you will be professionally responsible for the Content & Communications team. As a team lead, you will act as a professional partner for the others in the team, taking on responsibility for the development of the team members as well as of the content area as a whole, while participating in the development of content plans and quality checking all the content. Moreover, you will be in charge of developing customer presentations on content strategies and the like for existing as well as potential customers.

The position is for 37 hours per week and the start date is as soon as possible.

Your profile

• You have min. three years of experience with digital content production and counselling from either an agency or a marketing department.

• Your writing is 100 % flawless in both Danish and English, and you are thorough as well as quick to catch all grammar errors.

• Preferably, you have experience with leading a smaller team.

• You are well-structured, analytical, good with numbers, and convincing in presentations and discussions.

• You are adaptable to the needs and demands from customers as well as from the business.

• You are goal-oriented, ambitious, loyal, responsible, outgoing, and cheerful.

• You are experienced in the entire Microsoft Office package.

 

Qualifications

• you are trustworthy, accommodating, and outgoing.

• you work independently, well-structured, and proactively.

• you possess great communication skills, you are no less than a grammar expert, and you master both written and oral Danish and English fluently.

• you are comfortable in a hectic and developing company.

• you have a high level of integrity and loyalty, as you will be dealing with confidential information – internally as well as externally.

• you have an eye for detail and are quick to catch errors or inconsistencies.

• you have strong project management abilities and are good at planning ahead.
